Being the Homemade Hippie is about more than a name. It represents my approach to cooking: intentional, creative, from-scratch whenever possible, and always made with love. I believe some of the best food doesn't need to be complicated—it just needs to be thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor.

 

Through Peace & Hominy, I offer full-service catering, private dining, corporate and community events, weddings, drop-off catering, vending, weekly Lunchbox offerings, and specialty food products. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, I create menus designed to make people feel cared for while giving them something delicious to remember.

 

My culinary philosophy is rooted in one simple idea: comfort food can be familiar and elevated at the same time. A classic dish can still surprise you. A humble ingredient can still be the star. And a meal can be more than something you eat—it can be an experience.
